Chuck's Biography

Charles F. “Chuck” Wagner was born in Alexandria of the marriage between Charles F. Wagner and Teecy Deason. He is happily married to the former Kim Lowery and has three wonderful children: Charlie, Anna, and Will. Chuck Wagner is a life-long resident of Rapides Parish whose devotion to community causes is surpassed only by his dedication to law enforcement.
